What is Zirconium Coating and How is it Done:
Zirconium coating is a type of ceramic coating commonly used in the production of dental prosthetics. It is designed and processed using CAD/CAM technology.
Steps in the Coating Process:

- Preparation of the tooth for coating,
- Digital scanning of the prepared tooth,
- Designing the scanned measurement in design programs according to the patient,
- Precise milling of the designed coating on zirconium blocks, sintering at approximately 1500 degrees for about 12 hours, and polishing with special ceramic materials,
- Applying the finished coating to the mouth and adjusting for fit.
How to Determine Zirconium Quality:
Zirconium quality depends on factors such as purity, color stability, and durability. Quality zirconium will be both aesthetic and durable. Our clinic uses zirconium from Amanngirbahh – Strauman brands.
Identifying Chinese-Made Zirconium Teeth:
Checking certificates provided by the dentist and evaluating the product’s quality is crucial. Opting for places where you can track the production process is the best practice.
Duration of Zirconium Coating Production:
The production time for zirconium coating is typically dependent on the experience of your dentist and the intensity of the laboratory. It can vary between a few days to a few weeks. Unless there are specific circumstances, our clinic produces and applies it to our patients in one day.

Zirconium Teeth Prices:
Zirconium teeth prices vary depending on local factors, the dentist’s fee policy, and the quality of materials used.
Lifespan and Durability of Zirconium Coating:
Well-applied zirconium coatings are generally long-lasting and highly durable. Even though coatings can last between 5 to 10 years, regular checks on gum compatibility are recommended, and replacement may be suggested.
Zirconium Teeth Whitening and Maintenance:
Zirconium coatings do not have the possibility to change their colors. Digital measurement in zirconium coatings.
Zirconium Teeth Smell and Removal:
Zirconium teeth are generally odorless. The removal process depends on the dentist’s experience and is usually done without damaging the tooth by cutting. Zirconium coatings causing odor should be checked by your dentist.
Front Tooth Zirconium Coating Process:
Front tooth zirconium coatings are a challenging aesthetic coating type. The production process may require several fittings.

Zirconium Teeth Measurement and Breakage:
The measurement of zirconium teeth is based on the dental impression taken by your dentist. In case of breakage, contact your dentist and follow their recommendations.
Monolithic Zirconium Coating:
What is Monolithic Zirconium:
